What You Can Expect:
Community of Support: This group is rooted in the strength of shared wisdom and mutual care. (OMG, the wisdom we hold from our experiences that we can share with each other!)
Energetic Alignment: Each session has a focus and guided process using Applied Kinesiology. You’ll receive a summary after each session to further integrate the session. The collective energy of the women who come together will be what amplifies our work together.
Bonus! Every other week, you’ll receive an energy exercise (using Applied Kinesiology) to further integrate the topic of each session. You will also have access to a private WhatsApp chat where you can share your wins and receive additional support throughout the month.
