Kiffin created Reflect & Connect after seeing a need while working with her private clients. As they discussed their challenges , she kept thinking, “You all need to talk to each other!” While the situations may look different, they all had a common theme…

This monthly gathering is offered both in person and online. It’s a space for all women who wish to explore and learn from one another about the many dimensions of relationships that shape our lives—beginning with the relationship we hold with ourselves.

Whether you’re hoping to deepen a current partnership, heal from past experiences, find peace and confidence in being single, revisit the way you relate to yourself, or open your heart to someone new, this group offers a supportive and nurturing space wherever you are on your journey.

What You Can Expect:

Community of Support: Intimate groups of up to 6 women. Whether you are ready to share about your experiences or prefer to listen and learn from others - you are welcome in this space.

Energetic Alignment: Each session focuses on one of the many facets of relationships. The group is guided using the process of Applied Kinesiology. The collective energy of the women who come together will be what amplifies our work together. You will receive a summary afterward to further integrate the session.

Commitment to Confidentiality: Trust is essential. What’s shared in the group must stay in the group, ensuring a safe space for deep reflection, vulnerability, and honest exploration.

Membership: $55 billed monthly (No contracts, Just Results:)

What You’ll Receive:

  • One 90-minute session each month where we’ll learn and grow together. (Option to have your energy included if you can’t be present for a session)

  • A private group chat with a supportive community—plus a video recap after every session

  • Bi-weekly energy exercises to gently help you integrate the session, using Applied Kinesiology to see what the group needs
