Thank you for your interest in the Women’s Reflect and Connect group!

Kiffin hosts in-person and online gatherings each month, with groups limited to up to 6 women to ensure everyone has space to share.

Membership is $55 per month, and includes:

• One group session each month (you’ll also receive a video/written summary in our private WhatsApp group).

• Access to our WhatsApp chat, where Kiffin shares a new energy exercise every other week based on the group’s collective energy. It’s also a fun space to celebrate wins, share insights, and ask questions.

• Can’t make it to a session? No worries! Unless you choose to opt out, your energy will still be included, and you’ll receive the session summary to integrate at your own pace.

• Discounted private sessions, if you’d like to dive deeper into personal challenges or growth areas.

There’s no long-term commitment — you can cancel anytime.
